How to add a Form block to the Page Editor

Just like a paper form, a web form allows you to collect data from website visitors. Forms are great tools for gathering useful information and can hold many different functions, from the standard contact us and registration forms to bespoke forms that ask a variety of questions. Upon creating a form in the Form Editor, the Page Editor enables you to easily add it to the Page Editor.

1. Add from Page Blocks When you are in the Page Editor, click on the Add Page Blocks button then under the Gadget and Inserts section, click on Form Block and then Create. 2. Opening the Form block options This will insert a Form block into the Page Editor; right click on it to bring up the Form blocks Options pop-up. 3. Selecting the form Selecting the Form Type field in the Options pop-up will open a drop-down. From here, select the name of the Form from the drop-down. Note: The Form will need to have been created previously in the Form Editor and included for it to become visible in the list.
