1. Accessing the Special functions on the Page Editor toolbar The toolbar is located at the top of the Page Editor. You can find the Special section beneath its title in the middle of the toolbar. 2. Using the Layouts button to save a layout Selecting the Layouts button will open the Layout Options pop-up. From here you have the choice of saving the layout you have created on the page or loading a different one, already saved, onto the page. Clicking the Save button will open the Save New Layouts fields, here you can give your layout a name and description and decide to save with or without content on the page. Extra Tip Selecting Without Content will not remove the structure of the page, only the content within the structure, e.g. text, images and data. 3. Using the Layouts button to load a layout To load a layout, select the Load Layout button, this will take you to a list of existing saved template pages. From here you can select the layout that you would like to upload to your page, with or without the page’s content. You can also remove the saved layout from the list by clicking the delete symbol on the right-hand side of the title, a Confirm Delete button will appear at the bottom of the list, asking you to confirm your decision (once deleted, this action cannot be undone). It’s important to note that loading a layout will replace the current content with the selected layout.
